Penetration Tester (Offensive Security Engineer)

Description : Join our Red Team to simulate real-world attacks and uncover security flaws before malicious actors do. You’ll work on challenging pentest missions ranging from web apps to internal networks and active directory environments. 

  1. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests (web, mobile, infra, cloud)                          
  2. Write detailed, actionable technical reports Collaborate with the Blue Team for purple teaming engagements 
  3. Stay up-to-date with exploit development and attack techniques 

Requirements : 2+ years in pentesting / offensive security OSCP, OSWE, or equivalent certifications Strong knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) Fluency in English (French a plus)

Security Operations Engineer (SOC Analyst L2/L3)

  2. Handle incident response, threat hunting, and root cause analysis
  3. Improve detection rules and threat intelligence feeds
  4. Assist clients with remediations and reporting

Requirements : 3+ years in a SOC or incident response role. Hands-on experience with tools like Splunk, Sentinel, or Elastic. Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and threat intel frameworks. Certifications like GCIA, GCIH, or similar are a plus

Description : Join our mission to build a human firewall. As a Cybersecurity Awareness Trainer, you will design and deliver engaging training sessions to employees across various sectors. Your goal: help businesses reduce risk by changing user behavior through education, not fear. You’ll work directly with our clients to promote a strong security culture across all levels of the organization.

  1. Deliver live or virtual cybersecurity awareness sessions (phishing, passwords, social engineering, etc.)
  2. Adapt content and tone based on industry, audience, and maturity level
  3. Create supporting materials (slides, quizzes, videos, handouts)
  4. Assist in designing phishing simulations and follow-up debriefs
  5. Advise companies on long-term awareness strategies and best practices
  6. Represent Inviguard with professionalism and clarity

Requirements : 2+ years in cybersecurity training, awareness, or IT security consulting. Excellent communication and presentation skills (public speaking is key). Ability to explain complex topics in clear, non-technical terms. Experience with tools like KnowBe4, Cofense, or custom phishing platforms. Fluent in French and English (mandatory). Bonus: Experience in instructional design, HR communication, or adult learning
